The Client

MarcoPolo Learning is reinventing children’s media for the mobile generation. The company is a top global publisher of award-winning educational games and videos for children age 3-7, and it relies heavily on online communications to keep parents engaged with their children’s learning.


The Problem

The brand used to send out many marketing communications per month but they were proving to be not very effective and well under the average performance of similar companies.

The Solution

Redesigning the emails meant we were able to match the latest industry standards and increase the perceived value of the brand. We provided consistency with the other channels and elevated the quality of the brand. 

Before the redesign, emails were over designed, meaning the team would spend a lot of time on every campaign and the emails looked too promotional to the end users. We created a simple design system that allowed us to work more efficiently and to implement emails faster. This also meant emails were clearer and easier to scroll through for the users.
